Sapna Patel, the Founder & CEO of ImmiAdvisor holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and Bachelor of Laws from The University of New South Wales. After completing a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at Australian National University she was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Sapna has prior professional experience as a Solicitor and Registered Migration Agent at a big four accounting firm in their Global Immigration team.

Sapna was previously a Casual Academic and taught Marketing at both the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales. Sapna is the 2016 inaugural winner of the UNSW & CEO Institute Scholarship. She has spoken at multiple events including the CEO Institute Summit 2016 as both a speaker and panelist in front of over 300 c-level executives. Sapna is the 2017 face and story of UNSW Business School, and her startup story was featured in the Oceania Alumni and Global Alumni social media campaigns for a big four accounting firm.


Wayne Parcell PSM has enjoyed more than 30 years developing practical solutions to complex immigration and mobility issues through extensive experience as the lead Global Immigration Partner in a global consulting firm and private practice, following his work in Australia and overseas with the immigration department, the United Nations High Commission for Refugees, the International Organization for Migration, and other government agencies. Wayne was awarded the Public Service Medal in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in 1996 as well as a Special Award from the Australian Tourist Commission in 1995 for his outstanding service to Australian immigration and tourism.

As a solicitor and registered migration agent Wayne has made significant contributions to the public and policy debate around immigration including through his role as a Non-executive Director of the Migration Institute of Australia, media commentary, ministerial representations, parliamentary committee attendances and speaking at conferences in Australia and overseas. Wayne has a history of achievement as a workplace champion for equal opportunity, diversity, inclusion and reconciliation and is actively involved in the not-for-profit sector in his community.
